Episode 102 St. Petersburg, Russia Zita explores Russian cuisine beyond borscht and indulges in lots of vodka in her overnight in St Petersburg. Plus, she showcases the ship’s delicious Italian restaurant.
Episode 103 Helsinki, Finland/Stockholm, Sweden Who knew Finnish and Swedish food would be so extraordinary? In this episode, Zita talks and dines with fabulous up and coming chefs and learns about New Nordic cuisine along with trying interesting foods like reindeer and tar and licorice ice cream. While onboard, she cooks with the Chef in the Pan Asian restaurant, Tamarind.
Episode 104 Rostock & Kiel, Germany It’s time to see what Germany has besides sausages and Zita finds these 2 waterside towns have lots to offer. She also has the chance to talk with the Executive Chef on the ship and find out how they do what they do.
Episode 105 Quebec City, Canada An overnight in this glorious old town and Zita soaks up its European flavor with fine dining, beautiful scenery, rural farms and a terrific local food market. Back onboard the ship and she cooks with the Executive Chef and tastes wine with the Cellar Master.
Episode 106 Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and Sydney, Nova Scotia In this show, Zita gets her fill of seafood and a bona fide lesson on the correct way to eat snow crabs and trap lobsters. Plus, a few local craft beers and Nova Scotia wine along with cocktails on the ship rounds out these ports of call.
Episode 107 Halifax, Nova Scotia and Bar Harbor, Maine Starting in Canada and ending in the US, these 2 destinations have Zita enjoying haunted stories in Halifax and devouring delicious delights, tasting different olive oils and vinegars and munching on famous popovers in Bar Harbor.
